THE THREE WISE MEN
THE HISTORY
The three wise men saw a star one day. It was very big and It was shining. They decided to follow it and the star led them to Jesus. They gave him gold, frankincense and myrrh.
EAST
East is where the three wise men live. The extreme East or Far East term designates a geographical area located east of the Eurasian continent.
THE THREE WISE MEN
The three wise men are Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar. They are very nice people and they bring many gifts the night of January 5. You leave them a glass of milk and some cookies, and a bucket of water for their camels.
PARADE
The parade is very nice, they throw candy. There are some floats where there are children and other gifts. There is a float for each king and the pages accompany them.
CAMELS
Kings camels are very large and have two humps. When you leave the bucket of water they drink it all. They are very thirsty because of the trip!
COSTUMES
The costumes of the three wise men are very elegant and colorful. They have
a special ring to see children who misbehave and to see children who behave well.
GIFTS
You have to write a polite letter asking for some gifts. The Kings will bring gifts as long as you have a good behaviour because if not they will bring you coal.
